I, for one, have a Bullworker X5. I love it as far as home exercise equipment goes. What this book does for me is provide GREAT workable routines that you will not find elsewhere. It has routines that I would never in my life have been able to figure out on my own. In that respect it's been a great help. Also, as in weightlifting, this book provides on/off days for exercising various body parts using Bullworker exercises specifically designed for Bullworker equipment. That, too, is a great big plus for me. All-in-all it is a fantastic book and although I most likely won't follow the routines as they are written because they are that intense, I still can use the concepts in those intense routines toning them down so that I can tailor a routine that works for me. You cannot go wrong with this book. As far as grammatical errors they don't bother me all that much because there doesn't seem to be that many nor are they that disturbing. It's the ideas that this book brings forth that is most important. In spite of the little grammatical errors, it is still pretty easy to follow the routines and get the main idea of what he is talking about. One other thing is that the pages are not numbered. The table of contents has page numbers, but you will not find them in the book, so you'll have to do some searching to match it up with the contents. Again, that is not a showstopper for this book. Like I said this book is great. One of the ABSOLUTELY BEST books you will find on Bullworker.
